Important DMI Supercomputer Maintenance – Impact on HARMONIE, DKSS & WAM Models
Due to maintenance work from the 1st to the 15th September, all DMI models will be affected.
The downtime is expected on the following dates: 1st, 3rd, 4th, 8th, 10th, 11th and 15th of September.
For the HARMONIE DINI and IG models, there are expectations of additional model delays of approximately 2-3 hours for the modelruns within the maintenance work time period.
For example, modelrun 06 UTC is expected to be available at 12-14 UTC.
For DKSS and WAM models, DMI expects daily downtime of 8 hours. Afterwards, DMI's provider will rerun both models. However, there is a risk that the downtime may exceed the expected 8 hours.
For the DKSS and WAM models, the modelruns 00 UTC and 18 UTC will still be available in the stated dates. To still ensure data within the expected downtime days, it is recommended to save the last modelrun.
Updates regarding this data outage will be issued here
Our Forecast EDR service is performing slowly due to technical issues of our cloud provider. Therefore, the amount of requests pr. second is reduced
